  1. Preheat oven to 350°F. Line an 8×8 baking pan with parchment paper.
  2. In a large bowl, mix together the cake mix, eggs, oil, and sour cream until a thick dough forms.
  3. Fold in the white chocolate chips and chopped Oreos.
  4. Press half of the dough into the prepared pan.
  5. Arrange the whole Oreos evenly across the dough to create a hidden cookies-and-cream layer.
  6. Top with the remaining dough and gently spread it out to cover the Oreos.
  7. Drop spoonfuls of marshmallow fluff over the top and lightly swirl with a knife, leaving some gooey pockets throughout the bars.
  8. Press the soccer cookie dough pieces lightly into the top.
  9. Bake for 25–30 minutes, or until the edges are lightly golden and the center is set.
  10. Let the bars cool completely before slicing so the layers stay together perfectly.
