Instructions

  1. Preheat the oven according to the brownie mix directions and line a 9×9 pan with parchment paper. Spray with baking spray for easy removal.
  2. Chop the S’mOREOs into chunks. Fold about 3/4 of them into the brownie batter.
  3. Pour the batter into the pan and bake as directed. Let cool completely.
  4. In a bowl, whip the heavy cream and powdered sugar until soft peaks form. Fold in the marshmallow fluff until smooth and light.
  5. Spread the marshmallow cream evenly over the cooled brownie layer.
  6. Melt the chocolate chips until smooth, then gently drizzle over the marshmallow layer.
  7. Sprinkle the remaining chopped S’mOREOs over the top and add mini marshmallows or mini chocolate chips if using.
  8. Refrigerate for 2–3 hours until set, then slice into bars and serve chilled.
