Hey! I'm Taryn. Welcome to our blog. I cant wait to sprinkle a little fun into your kitchen with you!
Sea Turtle Cookie Chocolate Bars bring together creamy white chocolate, crunchy Nutter Butters, and the cutest little chocolate turtles all in one bite. They look like tiny beach scenes with blue “water” piped along the bottom and green turtles resting on top, which makes them totally beach-ready.

The flavor is simple and really good. Sweet white chocolate melts around the peanut butter cookie center so every bite has creamy chocolate and crunchy cookie together. The chocolate shell keeps everything smooth and rich while the cookie adds just enough texture to make them hard to stop eating.

The twist is the little turtle beach scene on top. Blue chocolate gets piped along the bottom like ocean water, then two tiny green turtles sit right above it so each bar looks like a miniature shoreline. It turns a simple chocolate cookie bar into something that immediately catches everyone’s attention.

Can I use candy melts instead of white chocolate?
Yes. Candy melts will work and are easy to color if you can’t find white melting wafers. Just keep in mind they are quite a bit thicker to work with.
Do I need the exact molds listed?
No, but the plastic molds are my absolute favorite!
Why does the food coloring need to be oil-based?
Water-based coloring can cause melted chocolate to seize and become thick or grainy.
How should these be stored?
Store them in an airtight container at room temperature for several days.
Can I use a different cookie in the center?
Yes. Peanut butter sandwich cookies or other slim cookies can work if they fit the mold.

Serve these during a family movie night and watch Finding Nemo while everyone snacks on their own little chocolate “beach.”
