Red, White & Scoop Cookie Cups

- 1 package Pillsbury Ready-to-Bake! Red, White & Blue Cookie Dough
- Red, white, and blue ice cream
- Chocolate shell topping
- Patriotic jimmies
Instructions
- Preheat the oven to 350°F. Generously coat a standard 12-cup muffin pan with nonstick cooking spray.
- Place one square of cookie dough into each muffin cup. Gently press each piece into the bottom and slightly up the sides.
- Bake for 10 to 12 minutes, until the edges are lightly golden.
- As soon as the pan comes out of the oven, use the back of a tablespoon or a small glass to press the centers down, creating a cup shape.
- Let the cookie cups cool completely in the pan, then carefully remove them.
- Just before serving, fill each cookie cup with a scoop of red, white, and blue ice cream. Drizzle with chocolate shell topping and finish with a generous sprinkle of patriotic jimmies.
