  • 1 container brownie bites (about 32 count, I used Favorite Day)
  • 1 batch chocolate buttercream or 1 container store-bought chocolate frosting
  • 1 jar Mrs. Richardson’s Caramel
  • Coarse flaky sea salt

Instructions

  1. Set the brownie bites onto a serving tray or large plate.
  2. Prepare the chocolate buttercream. If you only want a smaller amount of frosting, you can halve the recipe.
  3. Add the frosting to a piping bag fitted with a large round or open tip. Pipe a generous dollop of frosting onto each brownie bite. You can also spread the frosting on with a spoon or knife for a more casual look.
  4. Warm the caramel slightly if needed so it drizzles smoothly. Spoon or drizzle caramel over each brownie bite.
  5. Finish each brownie bite with a sprinkle of coarse flaky sea salt. Chill slightly before serving if you want the frosting a little firmer.
