These cookies are salty sweet perfection plus they’re very easy to make! All you need is a peanut butter cookie mix and some chocolate add-ins and you’re set. I made a few into cookie sandwiches, and they were an enormous hit. I recommend using the fudge buttercream found in this post. You’ll absolutely love them.

Ingredients

• Peanut butter cookie mix + the ingredients listed on the package
• 1/2 cup mini chocolate chips
• 10 chocolate-covered pretzels, crushed small pieces

Instructions

1. Preheat the oven to 350 degrees and line two cookie sheets with parchment paper.
2. In a medium bowl, combine the cookie mix and the ingredients listed on the package. Once it’s fully mixed, fold in the mini chocolate chips and crushed pretzels.
3. Bake the cookies according to the package- mine baked perfectly at 10 minutes.
4. Let the cookies cool on the sheet for 10-15 minutes, then move them over to wire racks to cool completely.
