Peanut Butter Cup Crunch Cereal Treats

- 5 cups Cinnamon Toast Crunch Peanut Butter cereal
- 4 tablespoons butter
- 1 (10-ounce) bag mini marshmallows
- 1/2 cup creamy peanut butter
- 1 cup mini chocolate chips
- 1/2 cup chopped peanut butter cups
- Melted chocolate, for drizzling
Instructions
- Spray a 9×9-inch baking dish with nonstick cooking spray.
- In a large pot, melt the butter over low heat. Add the marshmallows and stir until completely melted and smooth.
- Stir in the peanut butter until fully combined.
- Remove the pot from the heat and let the mixture cool for 2 to 3 minutes. This helps keep the chocolate chips from melting when they’re added.
- Fold in the cereal until evenly coated.
- Let the mixture cool for another minute, then gently stir in the chocolate chips and chopped peanut butter cups.
- Transfer the mixture to the prepared pan and gently press it into an even layer. Avoid packing it down too firmly to keep the treats soft and chewy.
- Let the treats cool completely, then drizzle with melted chocolate.
- Cut into rectangles and serve.
