Ingredients

Scale
  • 2 cups crushed Peanut Butter Oreos (about 22 cookies)
  • 6 tbsp butter, melted
  • 2 tbsp sugar
  • 1 box brownie mix (for an 8x8 pan) + ingredients listed on the box
  • 1/3 cup peanut butter chips
  • 1/4 cup Butterfinger bits (or substitute with an additional 1/2 cup peanut butter chips)
  • Melted milk chocolate, for drizzling
  • Melted peanut butter chips, for drizzling
  • Mini chocolate chips, for garnish

Instructions

  1. Preheat your oven to 350°F. Crush the Peanut Butter Oreos in a food processor until they become fine crumbs. In a bowl, mix the crumbs with melted butter and sugar until fully combined. Press the mixture into the bottom and sides of a 9-inch pie plate.
  2. Bake for 8 minutes, then set aside to cool.
  3. In a medium bowl, prepare the brownie mix according to the package instructions. Fold in the peanut butter chips and Butterfinger bits.
  4. Pour the brownie batter into the cooled crust and bake for according to the package, or until the center is just set but still slightly soft for a fudgy texture.
  5. Allow the pie to cool completely. Drizzle with melted milk chocolate and peanut butter chips, then sprinkle with mini chocolate chips or mini butterfinger pieces.

Note:

This pie is delicious at room temperature, but chilling it in the fridge for 2–3 hours makes the center extra fudgy!
