Patriotic Flag Ice Cream Bars

- 1½ cups Oreo cookie crumbs
- 6 tablespoons melted butter
- 1 quart red, white, and blue ice cream, softened
- 1 package Pillsbury™ Shape™ Flag Cookie Dough, baked according to package directions
- Patriotic sprinkles
Instructions
- Line a 9-inch square pan with parchment paper.
- In a medium bowl, stir together the Oreo crumbs and melted butter until combined.
- Press the mixture firmly into the bottom of the prepared pan. Freeze for 10 minutes.
- Spread the softened ice cream evenly over the chilled crust.
- Arrange 9 baked flag cookies on top in a 3-by-3 pattern. Add patriotic sprinkles if desired.
- Freeze for 3 to 4 hours, or until completely firm.
- Lift the dessert from the pan and cut into 9 squares, using the cookies as your guide. Serve immediately.
