Patriotic Chocolate-Dipped Star Marshmallows

- 1 (12-ounce) bag Jet-Puffed Jumbo White Star Marshmallows
- 1 (10-ounce) bag GHIRARDELLI Dark Chocolate Flavored Melting Wafers
- Patriotic sprinkles
Instructions
- Line a baking sheet or large plate with parchment paper.
- Melt the chocolate wafers according to the package directions, stirring until smooth.
- Using a fork, dip one marshmallow into the melted chocolate, turning to coat. Gently tap the fork against the side of the bowl to let any excess chocolate drip off.
- Place the marshmallow on the prepared parchment paper and immediately decorate with patriotic sprinkles before the chocolate sets.
- Repeat with the remaining marshmallows.
- Let the chocolate harden completely before serving or storing.
- Store in an airtight container at room temperature for up to 3 days.
