Preheat the oven according to the package directions and prepare the batter as directed on the box.
Pour about two-thirds of the batter into a greased loaf pan or bundt pan.
Drop spoonfuls of the cookie butter, Nutella, and raspberry preserves randomly over the batter.
Top with the remaining batter.
Add a few more small spoonfuls of the cookie butter, Nutella, and preserves on top. Use a butter knife to make just a few gentle swirls through the batter. Don’t overmix or the flavors will blend together.
Bake according to the package directions until a toothpick inserted into the cake comes out clean.
Cool completely before slicing. Dust with powdered sugar if desired.
