Ingredients

  • 1 1/2 cups vanilla ice cream, slightly softened
  • 1 tablespoon milk
  • 1 to 2 tablespoons fresh lemon juice
  • 1/2 teaspoon lemon zest
  • 4 to 5 Lemon Oreos, crushed
  • 1 tablespoon white chocolate chips

Instructions

  1. Add the ice cream, milk, lemon juice, and lemon zest to a bowl or blender. Mix just until thick and creamy while still holding texture. It should be blended but not completely smooth.
  2. Fold in the crushed Lemon Oreos and white chocolate chips so you get chunks throughout.
  3. Spoon into a cup and serve immediately while it’s thick and creamy. Top with an extra cookie if desired.
