Hot Cocoa Oreo Brownies

  • 1 box of brownie mix + the ingredients listed on the box- I used Betty Crocker Fudge Brownie Mix
  • 16 Hot Cocoa flavored Oreos
  • 1 bag (10 oz) milk chocolate Ghirardelli melts
  • Mini marshmallow bits like these

Instructions

  1. Preheat oven to 350 and spray a 9″ square pan with baking spray. I also line mine with parchment paper so that it’s easy to lift the brownies out.
  2. Make the brownies according to the package directions and then spread into the pan. Press 16 Oreos into the batter. Bake according to the package instructions. Mine baked for 45 minutes. Use a toothpick to make sure that they are done.
  3. Let them cool slightly and then pour the melted chocolate on top. Sprinkle mini marshmallows on top and let them set.
  4. You can move them to the fridge to make it faster, just be sure to serve them at room temperature. The chocolate will be too hard if you serve them cold.
