1 package of gingerbread cookie mix plus the ingredients listed
White chocolate for drizzling- I prefer Ghirardelli white melts
Holiday sprinkles/jimmies
Instructions
Preheat the oven to 350 degrees and then line a rimmed baking sheet with parchment paper.
Prepare the gingerbread mix according to the package. Spread the dough onto the prepared pan to the desired thickness. Mine was about 1/4” thick. This can get a little tricky so just keep pressing it with your hands OR use a rolling pin or smooth glass.
Bake the gingerbread for 15 minutes. Let it cool for about 20-30 minutes and then break it apart into pieces.
Place it back into the oven for another 15 minutes. Let it cool completely and ideally sit overnight.
Drizzle the gingerbread bark with white chocolate and then add the holiday sprinkles. Once it’s set, it’s ready to serve!
