Garlic Butter Pretzel Bites

I can’t tell you how addicting these are…and if you aren’t a fan of pretzels, save this garlic butter recipe and add it on anything and everything. These are the perfect movie night or weekend party snack!

THE STORY:

I’ve had this garlic butter recipe for a bit, but I’ve always added it to garlic knots. We were walking around St. Augustine and saw my daughter’s favorite pretzel place. They had a garlic butter pretzel and I immediately thought- how great would it taste on mini pretzel nuggets. Short answer, incredible.

TIPS:

I love love love salt, so I added the pretzel salt AND garlic butter, but if you don’t then skip the pretzel salt. This would also be amazing on the jumbo frozen pretzels.

SPRINKLE OF CREATIVITY:

When I posted this, someone asked me if I ever tried it on potatoes or french fries. I can’t imagine that it wouldn’t be amazing on potatoes, but I would love to test it out on french fries!

Ingredients

Scale 1x2x3x

• 1 package of Super Pretzel Soft Pretzel Bites (12 oz)
• 1/4 cup unsalted butter, melted
• 1 tbsp finely minced garlic
• 1 1/2 tsp dried parsley
• 2 tbsp grated parmesan
• 1/4 tsp black pepper
• 1/4 tsp dried oregano
• 1/2 tsp salt

Instructions

1. Make the pretzels as directed. If you want them extra salty (b/c the butter is salty), use the salt. If not skip it!
2. In a bowl combine the rest of the ingredients. Pour the butter over the pretzels and enjoy!
