Fall Cake Mix Cookies: Two Ways

For the Apple Cider White Chocolate Cookies:
- 1 box apple cider cake mix
- 1/2 cup vegetable oil
- 2 large eggs
- 1/2 cup white chocolate chips
For the Maple Toffee Cookies:
- 1 box maple cake mix
- 1/2 cup vegetable oil
- 2 large eggs
- 1/2 cup toffee bits
Instructions

- Preheat the oven to 350°F. Line a baking sheet with parchment paper.
- In a large mixing bowl, combine the cake mix, vegetable oil, and eggs. Stir until a soft cookie dough forms.
- For the apple cider version, fold in the white chocolate chips. For the maple version, fold in the toffee bits.
- Scoop the dough into approximately 1 1/2-tablespoon portions and place them about 2 inches apart on the prepared baking sheet.
- Bake for 9–11 minutes, or until the edges are set and the centers are still slightly soft.
- Allow the cookies to cool on the baking sheet for 5 minutes before transferring them to a wire rack.
