Ingredients

  • 1 Easter chick mold (bunnies work too)
  • Yellow candy melts or white Ghirardelli melts + yellow oil-based food coloring
  • 1 box brownie mix + ingredients listed on the box
  • Vanilla frosting (homemade or store-bought, tinted pink if needed)
  • Easter pastel nonpareils

Instructions

  1. Melt the candy melts, or melt the white chocolate and tint it yellow with oil-based food coloring. Spoon into the chick mold cavities and gently tap the mold on the counter to remove air bubbles. Refrigerate until fully set, then carefully remove from the mold.
  2. Prepare the brownie mix according to the package instructions. Line a mini muffin pan with liners and fill each about 2/3 full.
  3. Bake at 350°F for 12–15 minutes, or until a toothpick inserted near the edge comes out with a few moist crumbs. Let cool completely.
  4. Pipe or swirl pink frosting on each brownie bite. Sprinkle with pastel nonpareils while the frosting is still soft. Top each with a chocolate chick and serve.
