  • 1/2 cup cocoa powder
  • 4 to 6 tablespoons heavy cream
  • 1 teaspoon vanilla

  1. Preheat your oven and line a cupcake pan with liners.
  2. In a large bowl, mix the cake mix, box ingredients, pudding mix, and sour cream until smooth and creamy. Fold in the mini chocolate chips for extra chocolatey bites.
