Instructions
Preheat the oven to 350°F or the temperature listed on the brownie mix box. Spray a 9-inch baking pan with baking spray and line it with parchment paper.
Prepare the brownie batter according to the package directions. Stir in the espresso powder until fully incorporated.
Fold in the chocolate chips, chopped toffee, and chocolate-covered espresso beans, if using.
Spread the batter evenly into the prepared pan.
Bake according to the package directions or until a toothpick inserted near the center comes out with a few moist crumbs.
Allow the brownies to cool completely in the pan.
Drizzle with melted chocolate, let the chocolate set, then cut into bars and serve.
