Pink food coloring (oil-based, such as Colour Mill)
4 full graham cracker sheets
Nutella (about 2 tablespoons per s’more)
4 jumbo s’mores marshmallows
Extra melted chocolate (in your choice of color) and conversation hearts for decorating (optional)
Instructions
Break the graham cracker sheets into 8 squares. Spread a thin, even layer of Nutella on the back of each square. This will act as the “glue” to help the marshmallow stick.
Place a jumbo marshmallow between two Nutella-coated graham cracker squares, forming a sandwich. Repeat with the remaining crackers and marshmallows.
Melt the white chocolate according to the package instructions. Stir in pink food coloring to achieve your desired shade.
Using a spoon, coat each s’more completely in the melted pink chocolate, turning it on its sides to ensure every surface is covered. Use a fork to lift each s’more from the chocolate and gently shake off any excess.
Place the dipped s’mores on parchment paper to set. Once the chocolate is firm, drizzle additional melted chocolate (red or any color you prefer) over the top of each s’more. Finish with conversation hearts for a fun Valentines touch.
Allow the decorations to set completely before serving.
