Instructions

  1. Prepare a cutting board or baking sheet with parchment paper and set it aside.
  2. Place the milk chocolate into a microwave-safe bowl. I prefer glass bowls for melting chocolate. Melt it according to the package instructions. I usually do 30 seconds at a time, stirring after each, and it takes me a minute and 30 seconds total.
  3. One by one, dip each marshmallow in the chocolate. Dunk it in, completely submerging it. I usually use a fork so that you can tap it against the side of the bowl and any excess chocolate will spill through the fork. Set it on the parchment-lined board. Repeat with the rest of the marshmallows.
  4. Place the tray in the fridge for about 15 minutes.
  5. Once the chocolate has set, spray each egg with edible glitter dust.
  6. Melt your yellow, pink, or color of your choice candy melts according to the package instructions.
  7. Drizzle one or two colors over each marshmallow. I usually use a small plastic bottle fitted with a very small tip. You can also use a spoon or a zip-top bag with a tiny corner cut off.
  8. Place the marshmallows back in the fridge until they set, about 15 minutes.
  9. Serve them at room temp and enjoy!
