  1. Line a large baking sheet with parchment paper and set aside.
  2. In a large mixing bowl, combine the Goldfish, pretzels, popcorn, nuts, butterscotch chips, and marshmallows. Toss gently to evenly distribute.
  3. Melt the white chocolate or almond bark according to package directions until smooth and fully melted.
  4. Pour the melted chocolate over the snack mix and gently stir until everything is lightly coated. Be careful not to crush the ingredients.
  5. Spread the mixture into an even layer on the prepared baking sheet.
  6. While the chocolate is still warm, sprinkle the finishing sugar evenly over the top.
  7. Let the mixture set at room temperature until fully hardened, about 30 to 45 minutes.
  8. Break into clusters and serve.
