Butterbeer Crunch Snack Mix

- 2 cups Harry Potter Butterbeer Goldfish
- 1 1/2 cups mini pretzels
- 1 cup lightly salted popcorn
- 1/2 cup honey roasted peanuts or cashews
- 1/2 cup butterscotch chips
- 1 cup mini marshmallows
- 12 oz white chocolate or vanilla almond bark
- 2 tablespoons Harry Potter finishing sugar
Instructions
- Line a large baking sheet with parchment paper and set aside.
- In a large mixing bowl, combine the Goldfish, pretzels, popcorn, nuts, butterscotch chips, and marshmallows. Toss gently to evenly distribute.
- Melt the white chocolate or almond bark according to package directions until smooth and fully melted.
- Pour the melted chocolate over the snack mix and gently stir until everything is lightly coated. Be careful not to crush the ingredients.
- Spread the mixture into an even layer on the prepared baking sheet.
- While the chocolate is still warm, sprinkle the finishing sugar evenly over the top.
- Let the mixture set at room temperature until fully hardened, about 30 to 45 minutes.
- Break into clusters and serve.
