  • 1 package Beetlejuice Fudge Stripe cookies
  • 1 package instant vanilla pudding + the ingredients listed on the package
  • Green Food Coloring
  • 1 cup whipped topping like Cool Whip
  • Finely crushed Oreos for topping
  • Candy Eyes

Instructions

  1. In a medium bowl, prepare the pudding as directed and then stir in the food coloring. Refrigerate until set.
  2. Set aside a few Fudge Stripes for garnishing and then crush the rest of the cookies into medium size pieces.
  3. In parfait glasses, layer the cookies, then pudding, then whipped topping and repeat. Finish with finely crushed Oreos, candy eyes, and a half of a Fudge Stripe. Refrigerate until serving.
