Hey! I'm Taryn. Welcome to our blog. I cant wait to sprinkle a little fun into your kitchen with you!
If you’re looking for a holiday treat that’s equal parts adorable and over-the-top delicious, Frosty Pink Snowflake S’mores are the kind of dessert that steals the whole dessert board. They layer pink-tinted white chocolate with marshmallow fluff, graham crackers, sprinkles, and a little glittery sparkle for a s’mores moment that feels straight out of a winter fairytale.

Can I use gel food coloring instead of oil-based coloring?
Oil-based coloring is the only type that blends smoothly into melted chocolate without causing it to seize. Gel or liquid coloring won’t mix properly, so stick with oil-based for this recipe.
Do I need to set the snowflake piping layer first?
Yes. Let the white snowflake design chill until completely firm so it stays crisp and defined when you pour in the pink chocolate.
Will a full half-sheet graham cracker fit inside the mold?
Yes. Use one half of a graham cracker sheet for each layer. It fits neatly inside the snowflake mold without trimming.

Can I make these ahead of time?
Absolutely. They hold their shape well for several days when stored at room temperature in an airtight container. Avoid the fridge after unmolding to prevent condensation or dulling.
What chocolate melts the best for molds?
White Ghirardelli melting chocolate gives the smoothest melt, cleanest release, and best flavor. Candy melts can work but won’t taste as rich.
Can I use marshmallow cream or mini marshmallows instead of fluff?
Fluff gives the smoothest, gooey center. Mini marshmallows don’t melt evenly inside the mold and can create pockets of air, so fluff is the most reliable choice.
Do I need to temper the chocolate?
No. Melting chocolate made for candy work doesn’t require tempering and still gives you a shiny finish.
Why are the graham crackers lifting as I fill the mold?
If they float up, wait a few seconds and gently press them back down before chilling. They’ll stay in place once the chocolate begins to firm.

Wrap a few Frosty Pink Snowflake S’mores in festive parchment and take them along for a Christmas-lights drive. They’re fun, sparkly, and perfect for sharing while you cruise past glowing displays and magical neighborhood decorations.
