My daughter and I headed back to EPCOT to explore the other half of the World Showcase, and this visit was packed with even more fun. We kicked things off with the Beauty and the Beast sing-along, which I hadn’t seen in ages. If you’ve never done it, it’s the story told from Lefou’s point of view—and it’s absolutely adorable.

Next up was Morocco, where we discovered the Passholder Lounge I’d never checked out before. It’s a total hidden gem: free pita chips, ice water, and cool air conditioning. Plus, they have a photographer on-site, and when the pictures show up in your PhotoPass, Iago magically appears in them!

We also had to try a new treat we’ve seen all over social media—the Mochi Kakigōri from Japan. (It’s basically a donut-topped Japanese shaved ice.) You can pick your flavors, so we went with Blue Hawaiian and lemon. It tasted like a blue raspberry lemonade slush with a sweet, chewy donut topper that reminded me of a funnel cake. My daughter gave it a 10/10—she was obsessed. I’d give it an 8/10, only because I’m not a huge shaved ice person.

It was a very hot day, but so worth it. We wrapped up with a little shopping before heading home.
