Today I’ve got brownie pizza with a s’mores upgrade! This dessert pizza is perfectly decadent and combines the rich, fudgy goodness of brownies with classic flavor of s’mores. It’s got a chewy brownie base topped with a layer of mini marshmallows, milk chocolate chips, melted chocolate, and crunchy graham cracker pieces. And don’t forget the s’mores buttercream border. I can’t imagine a better dessert than this S’mores Brownie Pizza to wrap up summer!
There are so many types of brownie mix out now, but I bet this would be spectacular with a salted caramel nut flavor. Make it as directed and top it with a caramel drizzle and extra nuts!
For a spiced chocolate touch, add cinnamon to the brownie mix or buttercream and use cinnamon graham crackers instead of honey.

There’s something just so nostalgic about the combination of chocolate, marshmallows, and graham crackers. It brings me back to memories of being a kid and camping with my dad. We spent so many summer nights by the campfire with one of our father-daughter groups. We’d have hot dogs and hamburgers, but for dessert there’s just nothing like the s’mores experience. But what if you could bring that same nostalgic feeling into your kitchen, without the need for a campfire? That’s where the S’mores Brownie Pizza comes in…meet the perfect twist on two classics.
The idea for this S’mores Brownie Pizza was born out of a desire to recreate those campfire moments, but with a bit of a mashup. Brownies have always been my go-to dessert; they’re rich, chocolatey, and well, my mom’s favorite. But over here at Life and Sprinkles, I like to add a little extra to my desserts. I wanted something that would be a showstopper at parties…something that would make people’s eyes light up when they saw it. That’s when it hit me—why not combine my love for brownies with the playful fun s’mores? The result is a dessert that’s as great for parties as well as easy weekday treats.
Best of all this is EASY to make. It starts with a simple box of brownie mix, and I prefer Ghirardelli but any will work. The secret to setting this over the edge is to top it with tons of chocolate chips and marshmallow bits. These are mini marshmallows, they’re the kind that you’d find in hot chocolate. As the brownie bakes, your kitchen will smell incredible I assure you. The chocolate/marshmallow upgrade just gives it a little something extra. These melt into the brownie as it bakes, creating a little extra texture and sweet goodness throughout the dessert.
Once the brownie has baked to ✨perfection ✨ it’s time to get creative with the toppings. I’ve always believed that the best desserts are those that allow you to put your own spin on them, and this S’mores Brownie Pizza is no exception. After letting the brownie cool, the next step is to drizzle melted milk chocolate all over the top. This not only adds an extra layer of chocolatey richness but also serves as the glue that holds the crushed graham crackers in place. The combination of smooth, melted chocolate and the crunchy, slightly sweet honey graham crackers is pure bliss.
But the real star of the show is the s’mores-flavored frosting. Made with salted butter, powdered sugar, s’mores spread, vanilla, and a touch of heavy cream, this frosting is light, fluffy, and packed with that unmistakable s’mores flavor. You can spread the frosting over the entire brownie or, if you’re feeling fancy, pipe it into a decorative border. Either way, the frosting adds a creamy contrast to the rich brownie base and the crunchy toppings. And, of course, no s’mores-inspired dessert would be complete without a final sprinkling of mini marshmallows and mini chocolate chips.
In the end, what you’re left with is a dessert that’s not only delicious but also brings a bit of that campfire magic into your home. Whether you’re making it for a party, a family gathering, or just because you’re craving something sweet, this S’mores Brownie Pizza is sure to impress. Each bite is a perfect blend of textures and flavors, from the fudgy brownie to the melty chocolate, the crunchy graham crackers, and the fluffy frosting. It’s a dessert that invites you to slow down, savor the moment, and maybe even share a story or two about those summer nights spent under the stars.
