Fun Facts!

• I use this recipe for cookies year-round and customize it for each holiday
• It seems like a lower baking temp and they’re soft when they come out of the oven, but let them cool and they’ll have the best consistency
• I prefer the sprinkles to the sugar for the crunch, but the sugar adds a touch of sweetness…or just leave them plain, still amazing
• I don’t really do much of anything for St. Patrick’s Day except for make themed food
• Kids love to roll the cookie batter in the sprinkles and sugar and honestly they’re hard to mess up, so it’s an easy one for little helpers
• I think these would be a super cute surprise from the Leprechaun
• If you wanna bring a fun green treat into work, these are universal enough for everyone to enjoy
• Personally, my favorite would be to make a cookie sandwich with buttercream in the center or even an ice cream cookie sandwich…I like my cookies complicated
• Use less green or a lighter green to give them more of a spring shade rather than Christmas
• If your cookies aren’t perfectly circular, when you take them out of the oven (and they’re still warm) press the edges into shape with a spoon or “circle” are the border with a round cookie cutter
