Chocolate Cinnamon Rolls

Easy chocolate cinnamon rolls that are perfect for the weekend! This recipe starts with store-bought cinnamon rolls that get dressed up with creamer and topped with rich and decadent chocolate icing.
Don’t mind me while I make ANOTHER semi-homemade batch of cinnamon rolls haha! These chocolate rolls have got to be one of the best mouth-watering treats. You’d think this would be sugar overload but the cinnamon really helps to balance out the flavors nicely and makes it not so sweet.
Don’t like snickers or can’t find that flavored creamer? No biggie. You can just substitute it for heavy cream and chocolate milk for the icing. Take a peek at the recipe I created for you and you’ll see all the tips and tricks to make this delish dish that’ll have you and your family drooling!

Ingredients
- 1 pkg Pillsbury Grands Cinnamon Rolls
- 1 bottle of Snickers Creamer, divided (OR REGULAR HEAVY CREAM IF YOU CAN’T FIND IT)
- 1 1/2 c powdered sugar
- 3 tbsp cocoa powder
- 3–4 tbsp creamer (SUB CHOCOLATE MILK OR REGULAR)
- 2 tbsp butter, melted
- 1 tsp vanilla
Instructions
- Place the 5 rolls in a greased 8” square pan. Pour the creamer over the top cover the bottom about 1/4 of the way up the sides of the rolls.
- Bake them according to the package directions.
- Meanwhile, in a small bowl, combine the powdered sugar, cocoa powder, butter, vanilla, and creamer. Mix until smooth.
- Remove the rolls from the oven. Let them cool a minute or two and then top with the icing. Let them cool for a bit in the pan then enjoy!
- Alternatively, if you’d really like the flavors to come together, let them cool completely then just heat them up before eating. Or serve room temp 🙂
