This season, I have the ultimate peppermint cookies and cream parfait recipe that’s also very kid-friendly! It’s a combo of crushed Oreos, mini marshmallows, chopped Hershey’s Kisses, velvety chocolate pudding, and a luscious Oreo cream cheese filling. To take this treat to the next level, it’s finished with a generous dollop of truwhip whipped topping, my FAVORITE. I have always loved parfaits because of the different textures, and this one has the best of both sweetness and peppermint. When we had a TCBY near us, I got their yogurt parfaits weekly, so you’ll be seeing a lot more of these on my blog!
Peppermint Cookies n Cream Parfaits

tINGREDIENTS:
- 1 pkg chocolate pudding + the ingredients listed on the box
- 5 Holiday Oreo crushed into crumbs + extra (roughly chopped) for layers
- 4 oz cream cheese
- 1/2 tsp vanilla
- 1 c whipping cream
- 2 tbsp powdered sugar
- 1 container of truwhip whipped topping
- Mini Marshmallows
- Mini candy canes (to make the heart)
- Chopped Hershey’s Candy Cane kisses *if you don’t want the flavor to be peppermint, sub regular chocolate kisses
Instructions
- Make the pudding according to the package directions and place it in the fridge to set.
- Mix the cream cheese and vanilla together and set aside.
- Pour the heavy cream into a mixer and beat it until peaks form. Slowly add in the cream cheese mixture, powdered sugar, and Oreo crumbs. Mix only until combined.
- In parfait glasses assemble the parfaits. We did 2 large, but you can also do 4-6 small! Start with a layer of coarsely chopped Oreos. Add a layer of pudding and then a layer of whipped topping. Then top it with small layer of chopped kisses and a thick layer of the Oreo cream cheese filling. Add mini marshmallows and more whipped topping and then two mini candy canes arranged in a heart shape.
