Here’s a fun one for spring—this Peep-tini is super simple, sweet, and totally over the top in the best way. It’s creamy, sparkly, and yep, there’s a Peep skewer floating on top. Make it with vodka or go mocktail-style and let everyone join in!
I grabbed these skewers and figured it was the perfect excuse to make an Easter cocktail- A Marshmallow Peep-tini. I most definitely had to include one of the most popular Easter sweets around. I’ve used Mozart liqueur before and it’s so good, but any white or regular chocolate liqueur works depending on what you’re into. I went with a chocolate flavor, which balanced it all out. For a little extra flash, I added glittery sugar to the rim—it’s basically a mix of sanding sugar and edible glitter, and it makes the whole thing shine!
Q: Can I use a different liqueur instead of Mozart White Chocolate?
A: Yes! Any white chocolate or creamy chocolate liqueur works. Bailey’s Vanilla Mint or Godiva White Chocolate are great alternatives.
Q: Where do I find glittery sugar?
A: My absolute favorite brand is Bakery Bling. You can find it here!
Q: Can I make this ahead of time?
A: You can mix everything (except the ice) ahead and store it in the fridge for up to a day. Shake with ice right before serving for the best frothy texture.
Q: Is there a dairy-free version?
A: Yes! Use dairy-free vanilla creamer and coconut whipped cream or oat milk for a creamy mocktail or cocktail.
Make a night of it—mix up your Peep-tini, grab a blanket, and stay up way too late watching fun, feel-good Easter or spring movies. Go solo, invite a friend, or let the kids join in with mocktail versions and their own Peeps. Here are a few movie picks to get you started:
