Strawberry Fluff Frosting

Marshmallow Fluff Frosting- strawberry version! I love marshmallow fluff and it’s even better in buttercream. I used a chocolate cake recipe for the base (use your favorite one!) then topped it with strawberry fluff frosting, royal icing teddy bears, heart marshmallows, and sprinkles.

Ingredients

- 2 sticks of butter, softened
- 3 c powdered sugar
- 1/2 container strawberry marshmallow fluff
- 1 tsp vanilla
- 1–3 tbsp heavy cream
- Pink food coloring
Instructions
- Beat the butter until smooth. Add in the powdered sugar, vanilla, and 1 tbsp heavy cream and continue to mix.
- Add the fluff and food coloring and beat until smooth. If it’s too thick, add 1 tbsp of heavy cream at a time until it reaches the desired consistency.
- Spread on top of your favorite chocolate or vanilla cake!
