Universal Orlando had some really fun treats for Halloween Horror Nights 2026, including two specialty milkshakes at Schwab’s Pharmacy in the Hollywood section of Universal Studios Florida. The Jack Shake and The Oddfellow Shake were inspired by two familiar Halloween Horror Nights characters, and I had to give them both a try.
Each milkshake featured a different ice cream flavor with themed toppings.

The Jack Shake featured a caramel cone ice cream milkshake topped with whipped cream designed to look like Jack the Clown, a maraschino cherry, and green sprinkles.
This one was crazy good! I had never tried the caramel cone ice cream at Schwab’s Pharmacy before, and I really liked it. The ice cream flavor was delicious and easily my favorite part of the shake.
There was a TON of whipped topping to create Jack’s face, but I actually enjoyed that too. It was a fun presentation, and the milkshake itself was fantastic.

The Oddfellow Shake featured brownie à la mode ice cream blended into a milkshake, finished with green whipped topping, edible glitter, and a golden chocolate zodiac symbol.
This one was also really good too! The brownie à la mode ice cream gave it a more chocolate-focused flavor, and I liked the green whipped topping and decorative chocolate piece.
Between the two, I preferred The Jack Shake, simply because I liked the caramel cone ice cream better. But, I did love this one as well.
Both Halloween milkshakes were delicious, and I would happily order either one again. If I had to pick just one, The Jack Shake would be my winner. The caramel cone ice cream was just that good!
Chocolate sprinkle cookies are the base for mini ice cream sundaes with all the fun toppings.
