  • 6 cups Golden Grahams cereal
  • 4 tablespoons butter
  • 1 (10 oz) bag mini marshmallows
  • 1 teaspoon vanilla extract
  • 1 cup white chocolate chips
  • 1 cup crushed pretzels
  • ½ cup mini marshmallows
  • Pinch of flaky salt (optional)

Instructions

  1. Line a 9×13 pan with parchment paper and lightly grease it.
  2. In a large pot, melt the butter over medium-low heat. Add the marshmallows and stir until smooth and fully melted.
  3. Remove from heat and stir in vanilla extract. Let the mixture cool for 1–2 minutes so the chocolate doesn’t fully melt.
  4. Fold in the Golden Grahams, crushed pretzels, white chocolate chips, and extra mini marshmallows. Stir gently until everything is evenly coated.
  5. Press the mixture into the prepared pan. Use light pressure so the bars stay soft and not overly dense.
  6. Sprinkle a pinch of flaky salt over the top if you want that extra sweet-salty finish.
  7. Let set at room temperature for about 1 hour, then slice into squares and serve.
