Ingredients

Scale
  • 1/4 cup salted butter
  • 1/4 cup vegetable oil
  • 1 cup granulated sugar
  • 1/4 cup brown sugar
  • 2 large eggs
  • 1 teaspoon vanilla extract
  • 1/3 cup unsweetened cocoa powder
  • 1/2 cup all-purpose flour
  • 1/4 teaspoon salt
  • 1/4 teaspoon baking powder
  • 1/2 cup white chocolate chips
  • 8 to 10 White Lindor truffles, chopped

Instructions

  1. Preheat the oven to 350°F. Spray an 8-inch square baking dish with baking spray and line it with parchment paper for easy removal.
  2. In a microwave-safe bowl, melt the butter. Stir in the vegetable oil and let the mixture cool slightly so it’s warm, not hot.
  3. Whisk in the granulated sugar and brown sugar until smooth and glossy. Add the eggs one at a time, mixing well after each, then stir in the vanilla extract.
  4. Sprinkle the cocoa powder, flour, salt, and baking powder over the batter. Gently fold everything together just until combined, being careful not to overmix.
  5. Fold in the white chocolate chips and chopped Lindor truffles.
  6. Spread the batter evenly into the prepared pan. Bake for 25 to 30 minutes, until the edges are set and a toothpick inserted into the center comes out with a few moist crumbs.
  7. Let the brownies cool completely in the pan before lifting them out and cutting into squares.
