  •  1 cup salted butter, softened
  • 4 oz white chocolate, melted and slightly cooled
  • 2 cups powdered sugar
  • 1 teaspoon vanilla extract
  • 12 tablespoons heavy cream, as needed

Instructions

  1. Microwave the white chocolate in 20-second intervals, stirring between, until smooth. Let cool slightly.
  2. Beat the butter until light and fluffy (about 2 minutes).
  3. Slowly mix in melted white chocolate until fully combined.
  4. Gradually beat in powdered sugar, mixing well.
  5. Add the vanilla and then the heavy cream, as needed for a smooth, pipeable consistency.
