  • 1 cup heavy whipping cream
  • 4 oz cream cheese, softened
  • 1/2 cup powdered sugar
  • 1 teaspoon vanilla extract
  • 1/2 teaspoon almond extract
  • 1 tablespoon instant vanilla pudding mix
  • 1/4 cup rainbow sprinkles

Instructions

  1. In a chilled mixing bowl, whip the heavy cream until stiff peaks form. Set aside.
  2. In another bowl, beat the softened cream cheese, powdered sugar, vanilla extract, almond extract, and instant pudding mix until smooth and fluffy.
  3. Gently fold the whipped cream into the cream cheese mixture until fully combined and airy.
  4. Stir in the rainbow sprinkles and then refrigerate for at least 1 hour. Pipe or spread onto your dessert!
