Ingredients

  • Sugar cookies, crushed (I love the grocery store bakery-style, but the crunchier cookies work too!)

FROSTING: (Cut recipe in half if you aren’t making a lot of these)

  • 2 sticks of butter softened
  • 4 c powdered sugar
  • 23 tbsp heavy cream
  • 1 tsp vanilla
  • Pink food coloring
  • Pink Cookie Sprinkles

Instructions

  1. Beat butter until smooth
  2. Add in half of the powdered sugar and mix. Add in the rest of the sugar, heavy cream, vanilla, and pink food coloring and mix until smooth. 
  3. In shooter glasses (reusable or plastic) add in a layer of cookies, a swirl of frosting, and a thin layer of sprinkles. Repeat the layers and top with a royal icing pink sugar cookie from the mix. If you run out of cookies, use a pink sixlet (larger ball) from the mix- they taste like chocolate!!Â
