1 cup whole milk, plus 1/4 cup extra for re-spinning if needed

2 teaspoons vanilla bean paste

Blue and white sprinkle blend from Man vs Cakes. Snowflake sprinkles work beautifully too. The blend used here is gluten free and made without artificial dyes.
Instructions
In a medium bowl, whisk together the heavy cream, whole milk, sugar, vanilla bean paste, and salt until the sugar is fully dissolved and the mixture is smooth.
Pour the mixture into a Ninja Creami pint, staying below the max fill line. Secure the lid and freeze on a flat surface for at least 24 hours.
Once frozen solid, place the pint into the Ninja Creami and select the Ice Cream setting.
After the first spin, check the texture. If it needs to be creamier, create a small well in the center, add 1/4 cup of milk, and run the Re-Spin cycle.
Scoop, sprinkle generously, and enjoy your vanilla snow cream while it’s perfectly fluffy and cold.
