Under the Sea S’mores

Instructions

  1. Decide how many s’mores you want to make and prep your ingredients accordingly. The steps below are written for a batch of four.
  2. Set out 8 chocolate graham cracker squares.
  3. Spread a thin layer of Nutella or caramel spread on all 8 of the crackers.
  4. Place one marshmallow on 4 of the spread-covered crackers.
  5. Top with the remaining crackers, spread-side down, and gently press to sandwich everything together.
  6. Melt the white chocolate wafers according to the package directions, stirring every 30 seconds until smooth.
  7. Tint the melted chocolate with a few drops of blue food coloring and stir until the color is even with no streaks.
  8. Dip each s’more into the blue chocolate, using a spoon to help coat all sides.
  9. Lift out with a fork and tap gently against the bowl to remove excess coating.
  10. Place each s’more onto the parchment-lined baking sheet and top immediately with icing decorations.
  11. Repeat with the remaining s’mores, then chill in the fridge for about 10 minutes to set.
  12. Spray with edible glitter dust if desired. Serve at room temperature.
