  1. Melt the pumpkin-flavored chocolate in 30-second increments, stirring well after each interval, until smooth and creamy.
  2. Fill each mold cavity halfway with the melted chocolate.
  3. Place a pumpkin Oreo into each cavity, then cover it with more chocolate, filling the mold.
  4. Gently tap the mold on the counter to release any air bubbles.
  5. Refrigerate the mold for at least 30 minutes, or until the chocolate is fully set.
  6. Carefully press the back of each mold to release the chocolate-covered Oreos.
  7. Melt white chocolate and add two small dots to the center of each Oreo. Place a candy eye on each dot, securing it as the “glue.”
  8. Use melted orange chocolate to pipe a small beak on the turkey, followed by red chocolate for the gobbler.
  9. Allow the decorations to set completely.
