Toffee Pretzel Bark

Ingredients

  • 1 bag of Pretzel Thins about 1 1/2 bags
  • 1 cup of butter (2 sticks)
  • 1 cup of light brown sugar
  • 12 oz melted chocolate- I used 6 oz White Ghirardelli melts and 6 oz of dark
  • Gold and silver edible glitter

Instructions

  1. Preheat the oven to 350 degrees. Line a baking sheet with foil or parchment paper and spray with cooking spray
  2. Place the pretzels in a single layer on the sheet
  3. Melt the butter and brown sugar in a small pot over medium low heat
  4. Bring to a boil and boil for 5 minutes
  5. Pour over the pretzels- be sure to pour slowly and try to cover as may pretzels as possible
  6. Bake for 5-7 minutes and then remove from the oven. Pour the chocolate on top and swirl. If you’re using just one flavor chocolate spread it over the pretzels.
  7. Add any sprinkles or glitter
  8. Let it cool, and then move it to the fridge for an hour or two to harden
  9. Remove it from the fridge, bring it to room temp, and serve
