  1. Lay out the number of cookies you want to make. If you’re making 12 stackers, set 12 Chips Ahoy! Thins on a flat surface and top each one with an Oreo Thin.
  2. Melt the white chocolate according to the package directions, then tint it with your chosen color.
  3. If the cookie layers separate when dipping, “glue” them together with a small dab of melted chocolate and let it set for a minute.
  4. Use a fork to gently dip each cookie stack into the melted chocolate, tapping the fork on the bowl to remove excess.
  5. Transfer the coated stackers to a parchment-lined baking sheet. While the chocolate is still wet, add sprinkles and finish with your royal icing sweater or stocking pieces.
  6. Let them set until the chocolate firms up, then enjoy!
