  • 2 lbs beef stew meat
  • 1 (10.5 oz) can condensed cream of mushroom soup
  • 1 packet onion soup mix
  • ½ cup beef broth
  • 1 (8 oz) package sliced mushrooms

Instructions

  1. Add the beef and mushrooms to your slow cooker.
  2. In a medium bowl, whisk together the cream of mushroom soup, onion soup mix, and beef broth until smooth.
  3. Pour the mixture over the beef and stir gently to coat.
  4. Cover and cook on low for 8 hours or on high for 4–5 hours, until the beef is fork-tender and the sauce is thick and flavorful.
