Sugar Cookie Snow Day Snack Mix

- 4 cups Rice Chex cereal
- 2 cups Sugar Cookie Toast Crunch cereal
- 1½ cups Flipz Sugar Cookie Pretzels, roughly broken, plus extra whole pretzels for topping
- 1½ cups white Ghirardelli melting wafers
- 1¼ cups powdered sugar
Instructions
- Add the Rice Chex, Sugar Cookie Toast Crunch, and broken pretzels to a very large mixing bowl and gently toss to combine.
- Melt the white chocolate wafers in a microwave-safe bowl in 30-second intervals, stirring well between each, until smooth.
- Pour the melted chocolate over the cereal mixture and gently fold until everything is evenly coated, being careful not to crush the cereal.
- Transfer the coated mix to a large zip-top bag or clean paper bag. Add the powdered sugar, seal, and shake until fully coated.
- Spread the snack mix onto a parchment-lined baking sheet and let it set for about 15 minutes.
- Transfer to a serving bowl and finish with the extra whole sugar cookie pretzels for a fun & festive presentation.
