Sugar Cookie Reese’s Bars

- 1 package of chocolate cookie mix plus the ingredients listed on the box
- 1/2 to 3/4 bag of sugar cookie Reese’s, coarsely chopped
- Powdered sugar for dusting
Instructions
- Preheat the oven to 350 degrees. Line an 8” pan with parchment paper and spray with baking spray.
- Make the cookie mix according to the package directions.
- Add half of the batter to the pan and smooth it out.
- Add the Reese’s over the batter in a single layer. Top with the remaining batter, spreading gently to cover it. I usually add dollops of dough and then smooth it the best I can. It doesn’t have to be perfect, the top with spread out when baking.
- Bake it according to the mix instructions. Let it cool completely before slicing. Dust powdered sugar generously on top and then cut into pieces.
