Ingredients

  • Ghirardelli dark chocolate melting wafers
  • Cake cones such as Joy Cones
  • Halloween sprinkles
  • Halloween icing decorations or character garnishes
  • Chocolate ice cream such as double chocolate brownie batter

Instructions

  1. Melt the chocolate according to the package directions until smooth and pourable.
  2. Dip the top rim of each cone into the melted chocolate and gently shake away the excess.
  3. Coat the wet chocolate rim in Halloween sprinkles, then place the cones onto a parchment lined baking sheet to set.
  4. Once the rims are firm, use a bit of melted chocolate as glue to attach a Halloween garnish near the base of each cone. Let it harden completely.
  5. Fill the cones with chocolate ice cream and serve immediately for the full spooky effect.
