  1. Set the mold on a flat, sturdy surface.
  2. Melt the white chocolate according to package directions until fully smooth.
  3. Stir in blue oil-based food coloring until you reach your desired icy shade.
  4. Spoon chocolate into each mold cavity, filling about one-third of the way.
  5. Press a mini Oreo into the center of each cavity, then cover with additional chocolate until filled to the top.
  6. Gently tap the mold on the counter to release air bubbles. If any Oreo floats upward, lightly press it back into place with the tip of a knife.
  7. Refrigerate for at least 30 minutes, or until fully set.
  8. Carefully remove the cookies from the mold and allow them to come to room temperature so the glitter adheres smoothly.
  9. Finish by misting with silver edible glitter spray and dusting with blue glitter if desired.
  10. Serve and enjoy!
