Preheat your oven to 350°F. Spray a 13 x 9-inch baking dish with cooking spray and line it with parchment paper for easy removal.
Prepare the brownie mix according to the package instructions. Once the batter is ready, fold in the Hot Cocoa and Marshmallow Baking Chips for extra flavor and texture!
Pour the brownie batter into the prepared pan and spread it out evenly. Sprinkle with as many winter-themed sprinkles as you’d like.
Place the snowman cookies on top of the batter, arranging them in a 3 x 5 grid. Gently press them into the batter so they stay in place while baking.
Bake the brownies following the directions on the brownie mix package.
Allow the brownies to cool completely before cutting them into squares, making sure to cut around the snowman cookies to keep them intact.
