Ingredients

  • 1 stick (½ cup) salted butter
  • 1 (10 oz) bag mini marshmallows
  • 1 teaspoon vanilla extract
  • 1 teaspoon cinnamon
  • ½ teaspoon nutmeg
  • 6 cups Golden Grahams cereal
  • ¾ cup white chocolate chips
  • Melted white chocolate, for drizzling
  • Blue sprinkles and marshmallow bits, for topping

Instructions

  1. Line an 8-inch square pan with parchment paper and lightly coat with cooking spray.
  2. In a large pot over medium heat, melt butter and marshmallows together until smooth.
  3. Stir in vanilla, cinnamon, and nutmeg.
  4. Remove from heat and fold in Golden Grahams and white chocolate chips until evenly coated.
  5. Press the mixture evenly into the prepared pan.
  6. Drizzle with melted white chocolate, sprinkle on mini marshmallow bits and blue sprinkles.
  7. Let set completely before slicing into bars.
