Ingredients

Scale
  • 1½ cups all-purpose flour
  • ½ tsp baking soda
  • 1½ tsp baking powder
  • ¼ tsp salt
  • ½ cup unsalted butter, melted
  • ½ cup honey or maple syrup
  • 1/3 cup brown sugar
  • 2 large eggs
  • ¾ cup vanilla Greek yogurt
  • 1 tsp vanilla extract
  • Optional: ¼ cup milk if batter is thick

Mix-ins

  • ½ cup crushed chocolate Teddy Grahams
  • 1/4 cup mini chocolate chips
  • Optional swirl: 1/3 cup Nutella

Topping Ideas:

  • Single teddy graham

Instructions

  1. Preheat oven to 350°F and line a muffin tin with paper liners.
  2. In one bowl, whisk all dry ingredients.
  3. In another bowl, mix melted butter, honey/maple, brown sugar, eggs, yogurt, and vanilla. Stir until smooth.
  4. Combine wet and dry. If it’s too thick, add a splash of milk.
  5. Fold in your chosen mix-ins. Swirl in peanut or cookie butter if using.
  6. Fill muffin cups ¾ full. Top with a mini snack (teddy graham, pretzel, etc.).
  7. Bake for 18–20 minutes or until golden and a toothpick comes out clean.
  8. Cool slightly and drizzle with chocolate or warmed nut butter if desired.
